cl999 is a trusted online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. New and existing players alike often have questions — how to open an account, how to deposit via bKash or Nagad, how to use bonuses, or how to play safely. In the FAQ section below we have provided detailed and straightforward answers to all these questions. If you cannot find the answer to your question, contact our 24/7 Bengali live chat support.
Account and Registration
To open an account at cl999, you need an active mobile number, a valid email address, and a strong password. The registration process is fully available in Bengali and takes just a few minutes. Providing accurate information makes the next steps much easier.
No, each player may only open one account. Using multiple accounts violates cl999's rules and may result in account suspension. Always enjoy all the platform's features through a single account.
On the cl999 login page, select the "Forgot password?" option. Enter your registered mobile number or email and password reset instructions will be sent to you. If you run into any trouble, contact our 24/7 live chat support directly — they will assist you in Bengali.
Yes, identity verification may be required in some cases — especially for large withdrawals. You may need to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport. This process helps keep your account secure. Providing accurate information ensures verification is completed quickly.
cl999 is fully mobile-friendly. You can play directly in any smartphone browser without downloading a separate app. The site automatically adjusts to smaller screens, so you can easily use the platform from anywhere in Bangladesh.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits to cl999 via bKash are generally credited instantly. In most cases the balance updates within just a few minutes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. If there is a delay for any reason, contact live chat with your transaction ID.
Yes, Nagad is an approved payment method at cl999. Just like bKash, you can deposit a minimum of ৳200 via Nagad and the funds are reflected in your account quickly. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are also available.
Withdrawal requests from cl999 are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. This timeframe applies to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We aim to maintain this timeframe even at night or during high-traffic periods.
cl999 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees of its own. However, bKash, Nagad, and other mobile banking providers may apply their own transaction charges. Those charges are deducted according to the respective service's rules — not by cl999.
It may be possible to cancel a withdrawal request before processing has begun. However, once processing starts, cancellation becomes difficult. If you urgently need to cancel, please contact our live chat immediately.
Games and How to Play
To bet on BPL matches at cl999, go to the cricket section first. Select an ongoing or upcoming match and choose your preferred market (match winner, toss, top batter, etc.). Set your bet amount and confirm. With live betting you can also place bets while the match is in progress.
cl999 offers slot games from various popular providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. You can play many popular games including Fortune Tiger, Fortune Rabbit (PG Soft), Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza (Pragmatic Play), Fortune Gems, and Super Ace (JILI). New games are added regularly.
RTP (Return to Player) is a game's long-term average return rate, expressed as a percentage. For example, a 96% RTP means that over the long term, an average of ৳96 may be returned for every ৳100 wagered. However, this is not a guarantee for every session — it is a statistical average. Fair play is ensured across all games at cl999.
Yes, cl999's live casino runs smoothly on both Android and iOS devices. Live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi deliver high-quality video streaming on mobile. A stable internet connection is recommended for the best experience.
Aviator is a crash game by Spribe. A plane takes off and a multiplier keeps increasing. You need to cash out before the plane crashes. If you cash out in time, you win according to the multiplier. If the plane crashes before you do, you lose your wager.
Yes, cl999 offers popular fishing games from JILI — including Mega Fishing, All-star Fishing, Bombing Fishing, Jackpot Fishing, and Ocean King Jackpot. In these games you catch fish of various sizes to win prizes, and multiple players can play together at the same time.
Bonuses and Promotions
When you open an account at cl999 for the first time and make your first deposit, you will receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000. That means if you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive an additional ৳10,000 as a bonus. The bonus is added to your account automatically and a 20x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
A wagering requirement is a condition that requires you to place a specified amount in bets before you can withdraw bonus funds. For cl999's welcome bonus this is 20x. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing. Winnings can only be withdrawn once this condition is met.
The cl999 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. You can move up to higher tiers by playing regularly.
The cl999 cashback bonus is paid on a weekly basis. A set percentage of your net loss from the previous week is added to your account as cashback, based on your VIP tier. Cashback is generally credited to your balance at the start of each week. Contact live chat for more details.
The eligibility of a bonus may vary depending on its type. Some bonuses are usable only on slot games, some on sports betting, and some on all games. The applicable terms and the list of eligible games for any bonus are stated in the bonus description.
